1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern all services provided by DuffyDesign ("we", "us", "our") to the client ("you"). By making a payment to DuffyDesign you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. DuffyDesign is a web design service based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. 2. Services

DuffyDesign provides website design and hosting management services. Each website project is scoped and agreed before work begins. Our standard package includes:

• A professionally designed website
• Hosting setup and management
• Domain connection (client must own their domain)
• Delivery within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required content from the client

3. Payment Terms

• A one time installation fee of £299 is required before any work begins.
• No work will be started until payment is received and cleared.
• A monthly hosting fee of £30 is charged on the same date each month following project completion.
• Payments are collected via PayPal.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a monthly hosting payment fails you will be notified immediately and given 7 days to resolve the issue before your website is taken offline.

4. Hosting

• Your website will be hosted and managed by DuffyDesign on our hosting infrastructure.
• We will make every effort to keep your website online however we cannot guarantee 100% uptime as this is subject to third party hosting provider performance.
• DuffyDesign is not liable for any downtime caused by third party server outages or technical failures beyond our control.
• The monthly hosting fee covers server space and keeping your website live only.

5. Domain

• The client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own domain name.
• DuffyDesign will connect your domain to our hosting server upon request.
• DuffyDesign does not own or control your domain at any time.
• If you cancel your hosting with us you are responsible for pointing your domain to a new hosting provider.

6. Maintenance

• Maintenance, bug fixes, software updates and website changes are not included in the installation fee or monthly hosting fee.
• Any issues arising after delivery will need to be handled by the client or another web developer.
• DuffyDesign is not responsible for any faults, errors or issues that arise after the website has been delivered and approved by the client.

7. Revisions

• The installation fee does not include revisions or amendments after the website has been delivered.
• Any changes requested after delivery will be quoted separately.
• Please ensure all content, images and requirements are provided accurately before work begins to avoid delays.

8. Ownership

• Upon receipt of full payment the client owns the website content and design.
• DuffyDesign retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
• Any third party assets such as stock images, fonts or plugins used on the website are the client's responsibility to license where required.
• Website files will be handed over to the client upon cancellation once all outstanding payments have been cleared.

9. Cancellation

• Either party may cancel the hosting agreement by giving 30 days written notice via email to info@duffydesign.uk
• No refund will be issued for the current month's hosting fee upon cancellation.
• All outstanding balances must be cleared before website files are released to the client.
• DuffyDesign reserves the right to terminate the hosting agreement immediately if payments are not made within the 7 day grace period.

10. Liability

• DuffyDesign is not liable for any loss of business, revenue or data arising from website downtime or technical issues.
• DuffyDesign is not liable for any security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have paid to DuffyDesign in the preceding 30 days.

11. Confidentiality

• DuffyDesign will not share your business information or data with any third party without your consent.
• Any information shared with us for the purpose of building your website will be used solely for that purpose.

12. Disputes

• In the event of a dispute both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting info@duffydesign.uk in the first instance.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
• Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

13. Changes to These Terms

• DuffyDesign reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email.
• Continued use of our hosting service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
